You have a couple of options. One is to download their W2s from the Print Center and have it issued to them. For step-by-step instructions on how to access copies of W2s from the Print Center, click here.
The other would be to enable the Online Access feature for these employees from the dashboard. The employees can then access their W2s from onlineaccess.taxbandits.com.
The employee needs to enter their registered email address along with the last 4 digits of their Social Security Number (SSN). An OTA (one-time access) code is then sent to the registered email. Upon entering this OTA, they can access their forms.
