If your employees haven’t received a postal copy of their Form W2 in the mail yet, you can do a couple of things.
- First, you can download their W2 from the Distribution Center and issue it to the employee. Click here for the step-by-step instructions on accessing copies of W2s from the Distribution Center.
- The other easier option is to enable the Online Access feature for these employees to view and download the forms online from anywhere at any time. Click here for the step-by-step instructions to enable Online Access that allows employees and recipients to view and download their forms.
