If your employees haven’t received a postal copy of their Form W2 in the mail yet, there are a couple of things you can do.
First, you can download their W2 from the Distribution Center and issue it to the employee. Click here to see the step-by-step instructions on accessing copies of W2s from the Print Center.
The easier option is to enable the Online Access feature for these employees from the dashboard. The employees can then access their W2s from onlineaccess.taxbandits.com.
The employee needs to provide their registered email address and the last four digits of their Social Security Number (SSN). Then, an OTA (one-time access) code is sent to the registered email. Upon entering this OTA, they can access their forms.
