How long will it take to deliver form copies (postal mail) to the recipients?

Usually, after you place an order for postal mailing, the mailings are scheduled to go out the very next day to the respective individuals. Therefore, your recipients will receive copies of their forms within 3 to 4 business days.

When the deadline to mail out copies nears, i.e., the last week of January, multiple mailings are scheduled for the same day. For the postal orders placed till January 29, the form copies will be sent to the recipients before January 31. For orders placed after January 29, we cannot guarantee delivery before the deadline.

Note: If there are any USPS Validation errors occur on forms, postal mailing will be put on hold until 01/29/2025. If the address is not corrected by then, forms will be mailed to the address provided earlier.
