I have placed an order for postal mailing today. When will the mailings go out?

After placing an order for postal mailing, the mailings are scheduled to be sent out to the respective individuals the next day. 

On the other hand, when the deadline to mail out copies nears, i.e., the last week of January, multiple mailings are scheduled for the same day. If you place an order after January 29, 2025, 11:59 PM EST, we may not be able to distribute the recipient copies postmarked by January 31, 2025, to be compliant with the SSA/IRS. 

Note: You can opt to online access if you want instant delivery of recipient copies at the deadline.
