How do I download copies of W-2 forms once they are transmitted in TaxBandits?

TaxBandits provides you with an option to download and print W-2 form copies for your reference once you have transmitted the returns to the SSA. The copies will be available for you under the Distribution Center. Follow the steps below to download your W-2 form copies:

• Sign in to your TaxBandits account.
• From the Dashboard, navigate to the Distribution Center.

• In the "Print Forms" tab, you'll see a list of recipients.
• Select the recipients for whom you want to print forms, then click “Print Copies” above the form details. You also have the option to download the Summary Forms and State Reconciliation forms if applicable.

• For printing and mailing purposes, you must choose the Individual option.

Note: You can download the copies in the “4 UP Copy” format, which prints four forms on a single page.

Your forms will be successfully downloaded.
