Get Answers Support Tax Filings & Payments Print and Distribute General What is Postal Mailing + Online Access? Last modified 7/24/2025 8:43:14 AM EST TaxBandits offers a Postal Mailing + Online Access service that combines the speed of secure online delivery with the assurance of physical mailing. Recipient copies of tax forms are sent both by mail and made available online, ensuring every recipient gets their forms in the way that works best for them. When you enable this option, you’ll also receive a 10% discount on the distribution fee (available only when payment is made by credit card at checkout; prepaid credits are not eligible). How does it work? Postal Mailing – Forms are mailed once they are transmitted to the federal and/or state agencies. If forms are scheduled for a later transmission date, mailing will take place on that date. After mailing, recipient copies typically arrive within 1–2 business days. You can track mailing status anytime from your 1099/W-2 Dashboard → Submitted tab. Online Access – Immediately after the order is placed, recipients are granted lifetime access to view and download their forms through a secure online portal. Advanced Distribution – You have the flexibility to enable dual distribution for all recipients or select only specific recipients as needed. Was this helpful?
