What is Smart Mail, and how does it work?

Smart Mail is designed to streamline the timely delivery of recipient copies with minimal effort. When enabled, TaxBandits automatically mails form copies to:

• Recipients who haven’t viewed, downloaded, or accessed their forms via BanditShare (Online Access) by January 29, 2025.
• Recipients for whom postal mailing wasn’t selected during form submission.

On January 29, 2025, forms will be mailed to all pending recipients, including those already marked for postal mailing during submission. This ensures comprehensive coverage and timely delivery for every recipient.
