What is Smart Mail, and how does it work?

Smart Mail is designed to simplify and ensure the timely delivery of recipient copies with minimal effort. When enabled, TaxBandits automatically mails form copies to:

• Recipients who haven’t viewed, downloaded, or accessed their forms via BanditShare (Online Access) by the last two days of the mailing deadline.
• Recipients for whom postal mailing wasn’t selected during form submission.

In the last two days before the deadline, form copies will be mailed to all remaining recipients, including those already marked for postal mailing, ensuring complete and timely delivery.
