When will my 1099/W-2 form copies be mailed to recipients?

As per IRS guidelines, the tax year 2025 (TY 2025) deadline for filing 1099/W-2 forms via postal mail has been extended to February 2, 2026, since the usual January 31 deadline falls on a weekend.

Please refer to the following schedule to see when your forms will be handed over to USPS based on your transmission date and time

• Orders transmitted after 10:00 AM EST on February 1 and any time on February 2 cannot be guaranteed a postmark by February 2, 2026.

• For orders transmitted between January 1 and January 28, forms are handed over to USPS within 2 business days of transmission.
