How do I know the recipients who have online access to their 1099/W-2 Forms?

To track the summary of recipients/employees for whom online access is enabled, navigate to the ‘Online Access’ section. 

Under the ‘1099/W-2’ tab, you can view the complete summary of online access, including the number of recipients/employees who have been granted access.
