When will my recipients get Online Access after I transmit the forms in TaxBandits?

Once you submit your 1099/W-2 forms, we’ll send the emails to the corresponding recipients within 2-4 hours. The emails will have a secure URL, which the recipients can use to access the secure portal, provide consent to receive their forms electronically, and then view or download them anytime.

Note: As outlined in IRS Publication 1179, recipients must consent to receive their forms exclusively in electronic format. If consent is not provided, a paper copy should be issued.
