How do I know if my recipients viewed the 1099/W-2 forms online?

Once you enable online access, the recipient will receive a consent email to approve access. After providing consent, recipients can view their forms online. To check whether the recipient has viewed their forms online,

Step 1: Sign in to your TaxBandits account.

Step 2: From the dashboard, navigate to the ‘Online Access’ menu.

 

Step 3: Click ‘View Forms’ under the Viewed/Downloaded column. 

 

Step 4:  In the Download Status column, you can view whether the recipient has viewed or downloaded the forms.
