How do I know if my employees viewed the 1099/W-2 forms online?

Once you enable online access, recipient will receive the consent email to approve the online access. After providing concent, recipients can view their form online. To check whether you recipient viewed their forms online, 

• In the dashboard, click Grid Menu -> Online access.
• Click Manage Online Access under 1099/W-2/1098/5498 Forms.
• Click Manage correcsponds to the business related to the recipient. 

• Recipients under the busness will be displayed. Click the Log icon under the Action column. Users activity regarding the online access will be displayed.
