Usually, after you place an order for postal mailing, the mailings are scheduled to go out the very next day. In the last week of January, when the deadline to mail out copies nears, multiple mailings are scheduled for the same day. If you place an order on January 31 before 3 PM EST, the mailings will go out the same day.
