If my employees haven’t received a postal copy of Form W-2, Is there anything I can do?

If your employees haven’t received a postal copy of their Form W2 yet, you can do a couple of things.

• First, you can download their W-2 and issue it to the employee.

• The other easier option is to enable the Online Access feature for these employees to view and download the forms online from anywhere at any time.
