Where can I see the postal mailing status of my recipients?

You can see whether the recipient/employee has been selected for postal mailing services or not from the dashboard. Here we have taken how Form 1099/W-2 as an example, and this applies to every form series. Here we go:

• Navigate to 1099/W-2 from the home screen.
• Select the tax year and the business name and click the "Transmitted Forms" tab to view the employees/recipients who have been selected for postal mailing.

• The list of recipients will be displayed, and you can check the status of their postal mailing under Add-Ons beside each recipient.
