Tin matching error |
The error occurs when the PersonName or BusinessName and TIN provided in the RecipientDetail do not match the corresponding records in the IRS database. |
IRIS_Err_002 |
Form validation error |
The error occurs when the information provided on the form is incomplete, incorrect, or does not meet the required format or standards. |
IRIS_Err_003 |
Accepted with note |
Accepted with note means the forms were successfully processed, but the IRS included comments or warnings, which are just advisory and do not require immediate action. |
IRIS_Err_004 |
Threshold exceed error |
This error in IRS forms typically occurs when the amount or value entered in a particular field exceeds the allowable or expected limit set by the IRS. |
IRIS_Err_005 |
Business rejection |
The error occurs when the provided business name and TIN do not match the corresponding records in the IRS database. |
