All employee information used to generate forms is encrypted and safeguarded with advanced data protection protocols, ensuring it cannot be accessed or altered by unauthorized third parties. As a result, employee data remains secure at every stage. Only individuals with a valid Online Access link can view or download their forms after completing authentication.
