I received an email that my 1099 forms were rejected by the state agency. Where can I view and fix them?

If your 1099 forms have been rejected by the state agency, you can fix the errors and retransmit the forms from the ‘Submitted’ dashboard. Typically, your forms have been rejected by the agency for the following two reasons:

• State account number rejection
• Virginia state withholding paid amount didn't match

Note: If your forms have been rejected by the state agency for some other reason, please contact the state agency.
