How to enable postal mailing and online access from the dashboard?

To enable postal mailing and online access for the form distribution, follow these steps: 

Postal Mailing

Step 1: Navigate to the ‘Postal Mailing’ tab from the dashboard. 


 

Step 2: Select the payer and required forms, then click ‘Enable Postal Mailing’.


 

Step 3: Choose your preferred option to send recipient copies, and click ‘Continue’.


 

Step 4: Review the summary to enable postal mailing, then proceed to checkout. 


 

Step 5: Complete your postal mailing order, then track the status of your recipient copies on the ‘Postal Mailing’ tab.

Online Access:

Step 1: Navigate to the ‘Online Access’ tab from the dashboard.


 

Step 2: Select the payer you want to enable online access, then click ‘Enable BanditShare’.


 

Step 3: Review the summary to enable online access, then proceed to checkout. 


 

Step 4: Complete your online access order, then track the status of your recipient copies on the ‘Online Access’ tab.
