If you have the employer in the address book, you will be able to pull up the employer using a search bar in the Form W2 flow. To know more about adding an employer to the address book, click here.

If you are filing for the employer for the first time, you need to fill in the employer details and continue the filing. We will automatically save the employer details in the address book for you to pull them up in subsequent filings.
