How do I add payers/employers to the Address Book?

Sign in to TaxBandits and click on Address Book from the application home page.

  • Then click on Add Business to add the employer details.

  • You have two options for adding payers/employers information: Manual Data Entry or Bulk Upload.
  • One option is to individually enter each payers/employer’s W2 form information manually by clicking on Manual Data Entry, while the other is to upload their information in bulk by clicking on Bulk Upload.
  • For Bulk upload, Download the excel template provided in the flow.
  • Fill in the details as per the instructions provided.
  • Upload the file to import the payer/employer details.

In the W2/1099/941 flow, you will be able to pull up the employer from the address book using a search bar.
