To allow your client access to the secure portal, you must first customize and enable Client Portal. Once enabled, you can send an email invitation inviting your clients to access their secure portal.
Upon clicking the URL provided in the email, your clients can verify their email address using a One-Time Authentication (OTA) code to log in and take advantage of the following features:

Review and respond to the forms you prepared for them

Securely exchange files with you

Download shared forms for review

Communicate directly through the portal

Manage multiple businesses within the portal
