How to customize the emails sent to my clients from TaxBandits?

You can customize the ‘From’ email address and sender name on emails sent to your clients from TaxBandits, ensuring that every client interaction reflects your brand identity.

Step 1: Sign in to your TaxBandits account. Navigate to ‘Client Portal’ from the 9-dot menu.

Step 2: On the Client Portal page, click the ‘Customize’ option to start customizing.

Client Portal offers two types of email customization: Basic and Advanced.

Basic Email Customization

Basic Email Customization allows you to customize the sender name and the prefix of the email address. For example: support@<your brand name>.bc.reportboir.com.

Enter the name you want to appear on your email address and click ‘Continue’.

Advanced Email Customization

Advanced Email Customization allows you to fully customize the email address sent to clients, including the domain name.

• Enter the email address that best suits your business.

• After entering the email address, select ‘Verify Email’.

• A verification email will be sent to the specified address. Click the link in the email to verify it.

Note: The email must be verified within 24 hours.

Important: You will not receive incoming emails at this address. Clients must use the designated support email address to contact you.
