Step 1: Sign in to your TaxBandits account. Navigate to ‘Client Portal’ from the 9-dot menu. Step 2: On the Client Portal page, click the ‘Customize’ option to start customizing. Client Portal offers two types of email customization: Basic and Advanced. Basic Email Customization Basic Email Customization allows you to customize the sender name and the prefix of the email address. For example: support@<your brand name>.bc.reportboir.com. Enter the name you want to appear on your email address and click ‘Continue’. Advanced Email Customization Advanced Email Customization allows you to fully customize the email address sent to clients, including the domain name.
