How to share your portal URL with clients?

Once your client portal URL is set up and active, you can share it with clients in a variety of ways to ensure easy access and smooth collaboration:

1. Include It in Email Invitations

When inviting clients to access the portal, include the custom URL in your welcome or onboarding emails. You can also embed the link behind a CTA like “Access Your Portal” for a cleaner look.

2. Add It to Your Website

Place the portal link in the header, footer, or a dedicated Client Login section on your website. This gives clients a consistent place to access their documents and reports.

Note: If you’ve configured your own domain via CNAME, be sure to only share the branded URL after DNS propagation is complete and the portal is fully live.
