How do you run payroll for your employees?

Here are the steps to run payroll for your employees:

Step 1:
To run payroll for your employees, you must add their YTD details. Once you have added it from the dashboard, click on ‘Payroll.’

Step 2: Now, you must click ‘Start First Payroll’ to run employee payroll.

 

Step 3: Complete the ‘Pay schedule details’ 

Step 4: Now, you will find an audit page if you have missed to fill any of the necessary information, then you will be shown here. Once you have setup all the details, you can proceed to run payroll.

Step 5: You can add ‘Hours and earnings’ for the employee and click ‘Save and continue’.

Step 6:  If you have any deductions and reimbursements for the employee, add it here and click ’Save and Continue.’

Step 7: Review all the employee taxes, employer taxes, and the total amount for payroll and click ‘Approve & Submit Payroll’

Step 8: You will get a payroll confirmation pop up. Once you are confident with the details provided to run payroll, click ‘Approve payroll.’
