How do I invite employees to complete the onboarding information?

 You can invite your employees through a self-service portal, If you don’t have all the necessary details of your employees. To invite your employees, you can follow the given steps:

Send an Invite via the onboarding employee

Step 1: Add an employee and complete the basic details and contact details, and compensation details, and click ‘Save and Continue.’ 


 

 Step 2: In the employee onboarding, you can choose to invite an employee to complete the onboarding details. 

Step 3: You can customize the sender name and From email address by clicking 'Customize Now.' Ensure this customization will apply to all the businesses associated with TaxBandits. 

Step 4: Click on ‘Send Invite’, and your employee will receive an invitation to complete onboarding.
 

Send an Invite via the Directory

Step 1: You can invite the employees via the directory. Click on ‘Directory’ from the dashboard.

Step 2: To invite your employee, click the three dots next to the active employees and click ‘Send Invite.’


Your employees will receive an invitation to the self-service portal.
