The Kentucky Department of Revenue mandates the filing of the W2 Forms only if there is a state tax withholding. TaxBandits supports the filing of Form W-2 with both the SSA and the State of Kentucky.

Due Date
The filing due date for both the Form W2 with Kentucky is January 31.
Penalty
A penalty of $10 will be imposed for each W-2 form not filed on time with the state of Kentucky. The maximum penalty is 20% of the total tax due.

If you withheld taxes, mail your Form W2 and W-3 to the following address:
