How do you file your newly exempt entity report with TaxBandits?

You've already submitted your initial BOI report, but your reporting company now qualifies as a newly exempt entity. Just follow the steps provided to file your newly exempt entity report with TaxBandits.

Step 1: Log on to your TaxBandits account. 

Step 2: Click "Start BOI Report" from the home dashboard.  

 

 

Step 3: In the respective field, Enter your company's legal name and click "Continue" to proceed. 
 

Step 4: Choose your report type as "Newly Exempt Entity" and click the "Save and Continue" option.

Step 5: Input your required details about the reporting company in the respective fields, then click the "Save and Continue" option to proceed. 

 

 

Step 6:  Your company now qualifies as a newly exempt entity. There is no need to provide the details of company applicants and beneficial owners. Simply skip these sections and proceed by clicking the "Continue" button. 
 

Step 7: On this page, you can view the entire summary of your newly exempt entity report. Add, remove, or edit the details if needed. Ensure the details of your BOI report are correct, then click "Continue to Pay & Submit Now".

Step 8: Choose the package and plans from TaxBandits according to your business needs and click "Proceed to Payment". 

• You can fill in the card details and submitter information in the respective fields. Ensure it, then click the "Pay & Submit" button. 

Step 9: Upon successful submission, TaxBandits will promptly send an email providing an update on the status of the newly exempt entity report. You can conveniently access and download a copy of your report in the TaxBandits BOI Reporting Dashboard by clicking "Download Order Receipt".
