How to invite your Beneficial owner through a secure link in TaxBandits?

You can invite your beneficial owner through a secure link via email to complete their personal information. Here are the following steps to be followed:

Step 1: Log on to your TaxBandits account. 
Step 2: Click the "Start Reporting" button to start your BOI report. 

Step 3: Enter your company's legal name in the respective field and click "Start BOIR." 
 

Step 4: Choose your report type and click the "Save and Continue" option.

 

Step 5: Input your required details in the respective fields, then click the "Save and Continue" option again. 

Step 6: Add your company applicant details by clicking on the "Add Company Applicant" button.

 Step 7: Input your required details in the relevant fields, then click "Save and Continue." 
 

Review the details you entered, add one more company applicant if needed, and then click "Continue." 

Step 8: Add your company's beneficial owner details by clicking on the "Add Your Beneficial Owner" button. 
 

 

Step 9: Select the "Invite Beneficial Owner" option. 

• Enter your beneficial owner's name and email address, ensure the information is correct, and click the "Send invite" button. A secure link will be sent to your beneficial owner via email.  

Step 10: If the secure link email has been sent to the beneficial owner, the status will show as "Invite Sent" in the invite status. 

 

Once the owners have completed their information, it will be displayed here. If needed, add another beneficial owner or ensure the details are correct, then click "Continue." 

Step 11: Review all the entered details, edit if needed, and ensure everything is correct, then click the "Continue to Pay & Submit Now" option. 

Step 12: Select the package and pay based on your business's convenience, then click "Proceed to Payment." 

• Fill in your card details and submitter information, then click the "Pay & Submit" option. 

 

Step 13: After successfully submitting your report, TaxBandits will email you the status. You can also download a copy of your order receipt by clicking on "Download Order Receipt."
