How to customize email in BanditConnect (Client Portal)?

With BanditConnect, you can customize the 'From' email address on the emails sent to your clients. Follow these steps to personalize your email:

1. Sign in to your TaxBandits account. Navigate to ‘Customize BanditConnect’ from the 9-dot menu.
2. On the BanditConnect page, click ‘Start Customize’ to start customizing.

BanditConnect offers two types of email customization: Basic and Advanced.

Basic customization

Basic Email Customization allows you to customize the sender name and the prefix of the email address. For example, support@<your brand name>.bc.reportboir.com. 

1. Enter the name you want to appear on your email address and click save.

Advanced customization

Advanced Email Customization allows you to fully customize the email address sent to clients, including the domain name.

1. Enter the email address that best suits your business.
2. After entering the email address, select ‘Verify Email’.
3. A verification email will be sent to the specified email address. Click the link in the email to verify the address.

Note: The email should be verified within 24 hours.

Note: You will not receive incoming emails from this email address. Clients must use the support email address to reach you.
