During the client portal setup, you’ll have the option to create a custom URL that aligns with your brand. This URL will be used by your clients to log in and access shared resources.

Using Your Own Domain (CNAME Configuration)
Prefer to use your own domain instead of the default biztaxconnect.com subdomain? You can do that by setting up a CNAME record.
Steps to Configure a CNAME Record
- Log in to your domain registrar’s DNS management section. Add a CNAME record pointing your chosen subdomain (e.g., clients.yourdomain.com) to: relay-dns.biztaxconnect.com
- Allow time for the DNS changes to propagate (this may take a few hours, depending on your DNS provider).
- Once the CNAME record is added, email the domain URL (where the CNAME has been applied) to the @@product name support team for final integration.
- Your fully branded portal will be activated, typically within 24 hours.
Pro Tip: Proper CNAME setup ensures that your portal URL routes correctly without any interruptions. Always verify DNS propagation is complete before sharing the custom link with clients.
