Using Your Own Domain (CNAME Configuration)

Prefer to use your own domain instead of the default biztaxconnect.com subdomain? You can do that by setting up a CNAME record.

Steps to Configure a CNAME Record

1. Log in to your domain registrar’s DNS management section. Add a CNAME record pointing your chosen subdomain (e.g., clients.yourdomain.com) to:  relay-dns.biztaxconnect.com
    
2. Allow time for the DNS changes to propagate (this may take a few hours, depending on your DNS provider).
    
3. Once the CNAME record is added, email the domain URL (where the CNAME has been applied) to the @@product name support team for final integration.
    
4. Your fully branded portal will be activated, typically within 24 hours.
