How do I edit a team member’s role?

If you have given your team members access to your Tax Professionals account, you can assign them specific roles. You can edit these roles as needed.
If you want to edit the role assigned to a team member, follow the steps below:
1. Sign in to your TaxBandits account.
2. From the dashboard, select the 9-dots menu >> BanditCollab.
3. Under the Action column, click the ‘Edit’ icon beside the team member to change their assigned role.
4. Depending on the Role System you’ve set up, you can adjust the roles of your team members. For example, if your account is set to the Two-Role System, you can switch the roles back and forth between Preparer and Approver. You also have the option to make team members a Co-Admin. Learn More
