How to download the summary report from the Form Summary page?

The forms should be in an In-Progress status to download the summary report. This report contains the total amounts reported for federal and state forms you are about to file.
To download the summary report,
- Create a new form and enter the form information.
- Save and Continue the form. On the Review & Select Services page, you can opt for the services like postal mailing, online access and continue the flow.
- In the Form Summary page, you can view the total amount reported on the forms you are about to file. Click Download Summary Report and the PDF report will be downloaded. You can view the Payer and Federal/State details.
