My employees didn't receive the W-2 Online Access email from TaxBandits. What can I do next?

If your employees/contractors did not receive the Online Access email for the W-2 form, you could resend it.
You can also resend the online access emails for the 1099 forms if you have opted for Online Access at the payer level while filing.
Follow these steps to resend the Online Access invite:
- Sign in to your TaxBandits account.

From the home dashboard, click Distribution Center.

Use filters to select the Tax year, Form type, Business Name, and form distribution status. Once selected, click "Go". The businesses in your account will be displayed based on the filters you applied.
- Click Online access next to the business within which the recipient needs access.
- Click Resend Invite and confirm to resend the invite to the recipient.
An email will be sent to the recipient to view their transmitted forms online.
