How to purchase prepaid credits for Form 94x?

By purchasing Prepaid Credits in TaxBandits, you can maximize your savings when filing a high volume of payroll forms. You do not have to spend time making payments for our services when filing the return.

You can purchase the credits for only the forms you expect to file in TaxBandits. Moreover, the credits you purchase can be used for multiple EINs, and there is no expiration date for prepaid credits.

There are a couple of ways you can purchase prepaid credits:

• For less than 5000 forms, you can purchase the credits directly within your TaxBandits account.
• For purchasing credits for more than 5000 forms, please contact our support team at 704.684.475

Within TaxBandits Account

• Login into your TaxBandits account.
• From the Home screen, Grid Menu >> Credits.

• On the Buy Credits page, click Add Credits under 94X Forms. You can also view the credit history here.

• Enter the number of credits required for each service, and the amount you need to pay will be displayed. 
• Click Review Order and pay for the credits using your credit card.

After you purchase the credits, you can download the receipt by clicking Download Receipt on the summary page. When you file tax forms, prepaid credits will be applied, and the amount payable will be displayed based on the available credits.
