How do I purchase prepaid credits in TaxBandits?

By purchasing Prepaid credit, you maximize your savings when filing a high volume of forms. You do not have to spend time making payments for our services when filing the return. You can purchase the credits for only the forms you expect to file in TaxBandits. Moreover, the credits you purchase can be used for multiple EINs.
There are a couple of ways you can purchase prepaid credits:
- Contact our support team at 704.684.4751, and we will guide you to purchase them.
- Purchase directly within your TaxBandits account.
Within TaxBandits Account
- Login into your TaxBandits account.
- From the Home screen, Grid Menu -> Buy Credits.
- In the Buy Credits page, Click on Add Credits under 1099/W-2/5498 Forms or under 94X forms, whichever is required.
- You can also view the Credits purchase history.
- Enter the number of credits required for each service, and the amount you need to pay will be displayed. Click “Review Order”.
- Click Completed Your Order and provide your credit card information to complete the order purchase.
- When you file a tax return, it will automatically display the credits, and the amount payable will be displayed based on the available credits.
