How to bulk upload my 1099 forms?

With TaxBandits, you can e-file large amounts of tax returns at once. Our bulk upload feature allows you to upload the 1099 details of multiple recipients using our standard template.
To upload your 1099-NEC data in bulk using our standard template on TaxBandits, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Sign in to your TaxBandits account.

Step 2: Select “Start New Forms” on the dashboard and choose “Form 1099-NEC”.

Step 3: In the “Bulk Import” tab, choose the type of information you want to upload, either recipient data or payer and recipient data.

Step 4: If you're already registered, add a payer from the address book or add a new payer if you're a new user.

Step 5: Select the import method “Use Our Standard Template.”

Step 6: You can download our CSV template and fill in the data by following the instructions.

Step 7: Once you fill in all the information on the downloaded template, you can upload the file or drag and drop it. Note that only CSV files are supported. Then, click “Continue .”

Step 8: You’ll get a preview of the form. Once you have checked all the details, click “Continue to Process.”

Step 9: You'll be redirected to the dashboard. Review your details in the “Ready to File” pane on the summary page and click “Continue Filing.” If there are any errors, you’ll find them in the “Errors” pane. Click “Fix Errors” in the action pane to edit your form.

Note: You can download a draft of your form or an Excel file.

Step 10: Click “Continue to State Filing,” add the required information for state filing, and click “Continue to Form Distribution.”

Step 11: Select the type of form you want to be distributed and click “Continue to Form Summary.”

Step 12: Review the form summary and click “Proceed to Checkout.”

Step 13: Check your order details, including the fee, acknowledge it, and click “Complete Your Order.”
