How to make corrections to uploaded data while I’m importing it?

 To make corrections to the uploaded data while filing, follow these steps:

Step 1: After entering all the required details and bulk uploading the file, review the form and navigate to the ‘Import Summary’ page.

Step 2: Successfully uploaded forms will appear under the ‘Ready to File’ tab. Here, you can view and edit these forms if needed.

 

Step 3: If there are any errors in the forms you uploaded, they will appear under the ‘Errors’ tab.

 

You can resolve these errors now or skip them and click ‘Continue Filing’ to return to them later.

You have two options to fix the errors:

• Click ‘Fix Errors’ under ‘Action’ next to the record with errors to update it manually.

 

• Click ‘Export’ to download the template with errors. Resolve the errors, then upload the template again with the correct data.

 

Once the errors are resolved, the form will appear under ‘Ready to File.’ To proceed, click ‘Continue Filing.
