Complete Form 941
After entering your client's information, proceed to complete Form 941. Once you have filled out Form 941, you will be directed to the signature section. The five-digit PIN entered previously will be mapped automatically in Form 8879-EMP.
Obtain E-signature on 8879-EMP
Before transmitting the return, you'll need your client to sign Form 8879-EMP to authorize the electronic filing.
You can review the 8879-EMP we’ve generated for you and send an e-signature request to your clients. Your clients will receive an email with a link to view their 941 form, review 8879-EMP, and e-sign it.
Add Your Signature and Transmit 941
Once they e-sign, you can review the form, add your signature, and transmit the 941 return to the IRS.
