How do you send multi e-sign requests for 941 forms to my clients?

 When you prepare 941 forms for your clients, you must obtain their signatures (via Form 8453-EMP) to complete the filing on their behalf. TaxBandits allows you to send e-signature requests to multiple clients at once.

Step 1: Navigate to the 94x Dashboard → All Returns → Signature Pending → Client Signature. You will see a list of returns that need to be signed by your clients (employers). Click on ‘Send Multiple E-sign Request.’

Step 2: Select the returns for the clients (employers) you want to send the e-sign requests to. Verify each client’s email ID and click ‘Send E-sign Request.’

Step 3: Once the request is sent, your clients will receive an email prompting them to e-sign Form 8453-EMP. After your clients have completed their e-signature, you must also e-sign the form to proceed with filing.
