How do you send multi e-sign requests for 941 forms to my clients?

When you prepare 941 forms for your clients, you must obtain their signatures (via Form 8453-EMP) to complete the filing on their behalf. TaxBandits lets you send e-sign requests to multiple clients at once.

Step 1: Navigate to the 94x Dashboard --> All Returns --> Signature Pending --> Client Signature. You can find the list of returns that need to be signed by your clients (employers). Click on 'Send Multiple E-sign Request.'

Step 2: Select the returns against the clients (employer) to whom you want to send the e-sign request. You can verify the client's email ID and click 'Send E-sign Request.'

Step 3: After sending the e-sign request, your clients will receive an email to e-sign Form 8453-EMP. Once your clients have e-signed Form 8453-EMP, you’ll also need to e-sign the forms. TaxBandits lets you e-sign all these returns at once. Click here to see how.
