Some of my uploaded files are flagged as duplicates during the review. What should I do?
This warning appears when one or more uploaded files contain identical forms—typically with the same recipient TIN, form type, and amount. This often occurs when a file is uploaded more than once, either accidentally or during multiple import attempts.
How to resolve it
You have two options:

Allow Duplicates: If the repeated files are intentional and each record within the file represents a separate filing, you can allow them. Each form will then be transmitted individually.

Remove Duplicates: If the duplicates were uploaded by mistake, this option keeps only the most recently updated version of each file and discards the rest.
