Our system operability during high traffic

During periods of exceptionally high traffic, our system implements temporary restrictions on certain features to optimize data processing and reduce load times, ensuring smooth performance for all users. In such cases, you may not be able to access the following features:

• Reports: Access to reports may be temporarily limited to reduce system load. Users may experience delays or unavailability when generating or downloading reports during this period.
• Activity Log: Only today's activities will be visible. Previous records will not be accessible until traffic stabilizes. This helps prioritize real-time data processing and prevents system slowdowns.
• Checkout Limit: Users can check out up to 5 payers at a time. Once the transmission for these payers is completed, the next set of 5 can be processed. This prevents system overload and ensures smooth processing for all users.

These measures are implemented only during high-traffic situations to maintain system stability and provide a seamless filing experience.
