Can I edit the forms that I’ve submitted?

Yes, you can edit the forms after submitting them if you have scheduled them. If the form is submitted without scheduling, it cannot be edited. 

If you have scheduled the forms for transmission:

• You can edit the forms until 10 PM ET, the day before the scheduled date.

If you have not scheduled the forms for transmission:

• Forms are mostly transmitted immediately once submitted. If you need to make any changes, you can file a correction once the IRS/SSA accepts your forms.
