TaxBandits allows you to set automated reminders to your clients regarding the reports you’ve shared with them for completion/review/approval via BanditConnect.
Step 1: Sign in to your TaxBandits account.
Step 2: From the BOIR Dashboard, navigate to the "Reminders" tab.
Before scheduling email reminders for your clients, you must enable the BanditConnect portal. To learn how to enable the BanditConnect portal, Click here.
Step 3: Under the Reminders tab, you will have three options as listed below.
- Start BOIR - Schedule an automated email reminder if the shared report has not been initiated.
- Incomplete BOIR - Schedule an automated email reminder if the shared report has been idle for a specific period.
- Review BOIR - Schedule an automated email reminder to clients if the shared report has not been reviewed for a while.
Based on your preference, you can select any one of the options.
Step 4: Set the number of days after which an email needs to be sent to clients and click "Set Reminder."
Step 5: After enabling the reminder, you can also edit the reminder date if needed and preview the email template.
