How to download the recipient copies of 1099 forms?

After you transmit the 1099 forms to the IRS, copies of the forms will be available for download in the 'Print Forms' menu. Follow these instructions to download the recipient copies of the 1099 forms: 

Step 1: Sign in to your TaxBandits account.

Step 2: From the dashboard, navigate to the ‘Print Forms’ menu.

Step 3: Select the payer and click ‘Recipient Copy’ next to the corresponding payer to download the recipient copy.

Step 4: Select the Masked PDF or Unmasked PDF as required and click ‘Download PDF.’ 

Once done, your recipient form copies will be downloaded.
