How to download my 1096 form?

When you e-file 1099 forms with TaxBandits, Form 1096 isn’t required. However, we will automatically generate it for your reference. You can download a copy of Form 1096 by following the steps below:

Step 1: Sign in to your TaxBandits account.

Step 2: Navigate to ‘Print Forms’ from the dashboard.

Step 3: The list of payers will be displayed. Under the ‘Summary Form’ column, select ‘1096/W-3’ for the payer you want to download.

Step 4: A pop-up will appear. Under ‘Action,’ click the download symbol next to the form to download the summary form.

Your summary form will then be successfully downloaded.
