[Error Code: 1095C-034-01] How do I resolve it?

Rejection message:

If Form 1095C checkbox 'CoveredIndividual' is checked, then at least one 'SSN' or 'BirthDt' in 'CoveredIndividualGrp' must have a value.

What does it mean?

If you’ve checked the Covered Individual checkbox of Form 1095C as a self-insured health plan provider, then you must enter at least one 'SSN' or Birth Date against each covered individual’s name. You should not leave both fields empty.
