Do I need to send a copy of W-2c to employees?

Yes, once you’ve transmitted the W-2C form to the SSA, you must provide the corrected W-2 forms to the employees as soon as possible.

When filing the form in TaxBandits, choose the postal mailing option, and we will send a copy of the W-2C to their address on record.
