What is the Form W-2PR E-Filing Confirmation Number?

After electronically submitting your form, you must upload the file to SURI. A confirmation number will be given to you after the file has been successfully uploaded. The six-digit confirmation number has a letter as its first digit. Without the confirmation number, the Department will not accept any printed Form 499R-2 or W-2PR (handwritten or typed confirmation numbers on the forms will automatically invalidate the forms).
