What is form W-2 PR?

Form 941-PR  must be filed with the Treasury and the Social Security Administration by any employer who has paid wages with income tax withheld in Puerto Rico.

This form must be completed for each employee on an employer's payroll. The employee's wages during the tax year and the taxes that were withheld from that pay are both reported on Form W-2 PR.
