Have questions? We've got you covered! What is IRS Form 941-SS?
Form 941-SS is the U.S. Territories Employer’s Quarterly Federal Tax Return, specifically for wage-paying employers operating in American Samoa, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. If you own a business with employees in these territories, you must file IRS Form 941-SS quarterly.
Update: The IRS has discontinued Form 941-SS for tax years starting on or after January 1, 2024. Instead, filers of Form 941-SS will file Form 941 or the new Spanish-language Form 941 (sp). |
