Have questions? We've got you covered! What is Form 941 (sp)?
Starting with the 2024 tax year, Form 941-SS and Form 941-PR are no longer available. Employers in U.S. Territories, including American Samoa, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico, must now report Federal Income, Social Security, Medicare, and FICA taxes using Form 941. If preferred, employers can report their taxes in Spanish using 'Form 941 (SP),' the Spanish-language version of the Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return, which serves the same purpose as Form 941.
